How it works:
We will send you an e-mail with the briefing questions and request of the photo(s).
Note: The quality of the photos directly affects the final result.
If you do not respond to the email within the 48 hours you may lose your spot in the queue and you will receive a refund for the holding amount. 
 
Once the first draft is ready, we send it for your approval, this is where minor adjustments can be made before the final draft. Please keep in mind that the drawing will be done AS SPECIFIED IN THE BRIEFING and any major changes to the first draft that require a component to be added or re-drawn can incur extra charges.
When you are happy with the adjustments and ready to finalise, we ask for the final payment to be made.
 
Whether you buy a digital illustration, or opt to have your artwork framed you won't pay extra to have the digital copy!
